Requirements
to Apply:

This is an independent contractor position, which makes it a great opportunity for freelance creatives or those with full-time jobs looking to expand their work on the side. Full-time employment does not disqualify you from becoming a Creative Partner with PBP, but you must be able to fulfill the hourly commitments of the contracts you sign on to.

Applicants must be located within a 50-mile radius of Richmond, Virginia

Niche Specialties

If you have a niche market specialty, you’re still welcome to apply! However, please let us know if you have any non-compete agreements with your current employer, as that could impact client pairings.

Transportation

Having a reliable mode of transportation is essential, as you may need to travel to client locations in the Richmond area.

Client Pairings

Client assignments are based on availability, budget, and locality, so while we aim to find the right fit for every project, pairings depend on client needs and are billed on a month-to-month basis. There is no guaranteed salary, and work assignments will vary.
